Levarté Travel is far and away the best host agency I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been in the travel industry for 18 years. When Lori Speers, our CEO, says that we’ll help Travel Advisors every step of the way, she really means it. How do I know? Because I’m one of the people ready to help 24 hours a day. Lori designed Levarté to benefit Travel Advisors at every level of experience, from those who have been in the business for dozens of years to those just starting out.
Levarté is serious about continuing education for all its Travel Advisors. We have a strong relationship with many travel industry organizations, including a special connection with the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA). We encourage our Advisors to take CLIA’s professional development courses and to pursue CLIA Certification Programs. We also invite our Travel Advisors to participate in events like WAVE Camp. It’s a little bit like a boot camp (but much nicer!) where we learn together. Levarté wants to help Travel Advisors grow both personally and professionally. And since Levarté has excellent relationships and communications with suppliers, we’re able to educate our clients as well.
One of the other things that makes Levarté stand out is that Lori and the other executives actually listen to what Travel Advisors have to say. In fact, we are putting together an Advisory Board that focuses on feedback and ideas from Travel Advisors. Everyone here has a voice and they’re encouraged to use it.
